The ENH500-AX is an outdoor Wi-Fi 6 point-to-point wireless bridge designed to link buildings and extend networks across outdoor properties. It delivers 5 GHz AX1200 performance using a 2×2 radio and integrated directional antenna to provide long-range connectivity. The unit is weatherproof and optimized for continuous outdoor operation.
Key features include Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) support, beamforming, 2×2 MU-MIMO, and an integrated 16 dBi directional antenna. The device provides up to 26 dBm transmit power and supports VHT80 operation to maximize throughput over long distances. It also supports multiple operation modes including AP, Station, WDS and Repeater.
Performance metrics include two spatial-stream SU-MIMO and MU-MIMO delivering up to 1200 Mbps under 5 GHz using VHT80. The radio covers 5 GHz bands across regulatory ranges from 5150 MHz to 5850 MHz and supports HE channel widths of 20/40/80 MHz. Environmental ratings include IP55 ingress protection and ESD and surge protection for outdoor deployments.
Connectivity options include a Gigabit Ethernet PoE port powered by the included proprietary 54V EPA5006GR injector and a secondary 10/100/1000 port. LED indicators display power, LAN, WLAN and signal strength to aid alignment and troubleshooting. The device supports standard Wi-Fi modulation schemes and OFDMA for multi-client efficiency.
Typical use cases include building-to-building links, long‑distance surveillance backhaul, campus connectivity and rural broadband extension. The radio is engineered to carry high-bandwidth traffic including streaming ultra HD video and aggregated application loads across a secure wireless link. It supports up to 128 concurrent users per radio when deployed as an access point.
Installation is straightforward with included mounting hardware and a pole/wall mount kit and supports PoE for flexible placement. The enclosure and components are built for outdoor exposure and continuous operation across the specified temperature range. Firmware and management options provide the controls needed to integrate this bridge into professional network infrastructures.
