The E-Vision 8000i WU is a professional laser phosphor projector designed to deliver high-brightness WUXGA imaging for installations requiring stable long-term operation. It uses a single 0.67 inch DarkChip DMD to produce crisp 1920 x 1200 output and is engineered for continuous 24/7 use. The sealed, filterless optical path and liquid cooling radiator ensure minimal maintenance across its lifespan.
Key capabilities include a stable 8,000 ISO lumen output (7,200 ANSI lumen equivalent), a 20,000:1 dynamic contrast range and 10-bit colour processing for smooth gradients. The projector implements a 4-segment RGBY colour wheel and dual 7200 rpm phosphor wheel arrangement to achieve improved single-chip colour performance. Advanced features such as Brightness Sync and Source Redundancy add operational reliability for live events and critical displays.
Technically the projector supports WUXGA native resolution at up to 120 Hz RB operation and 30-bit per pixel colour depth for accurate reproduction of complex imagery.
