The DS-RLC2 is a compact remote level controller designed to provide local control and visual indication of audio level from a single location or from multiple control points. It provides a simple user interface consisting of UP and DOWN momentary pushbuttons and a 10-segment visual level display. The unit is built for integration with RDL control modules to provide accurate level adjustments and clear visual feedback.
Key features include two momentary pushbuttons labeled UP and DOWN and a 10-segment LED level display that shows relative level position. The DS-RLC2 interfaces directly with RDL modules such as the ST-RG1 Ramp Generator and the RU-VCA2A Digitally Controlled Audio Attenuator. When connected to RU-VCA2A, pressing both pushbuttons simultaneously returns the level to the RU-VCA2A PRESET level.
Technical specifications include a ramp input of 0 to 10 Vdc and pushbutton outputs for UP and DOWN control. The unit requires a ground-referenced 24 Vdc supply at 75 mA and operates in ambient temperatures listed as 0C C to 55c C. Connections are made via a detachable terminal block for straightforward field wiring and serviceability.
