The Flush Identification Panel is a compact NFC identification unit designed to provide fast participant recognition and secure authorization in conference and meeting environments. It identifies assigned ID tags within a very short range to avoid accidental registrations. The panel automatically applies attendee authorization levels and headphone language settings after identification.
Key features include a near-field communication card reader for rapid tag reading and a lighted icon that guides the user during interaction. The device recognizes ID cards at a detection range between 0 and 1 cm to prevent unintended identification events. The icon only illuminates when identification functionality is available to minimize distractions in the room.
Physically the panel is small and discreet, available in black and customizable colors, and designed for flush mounting. It operates reliably within common room environmental limits with an operating temperature range of 5 to 45 degrees C and an operating humidity range of 5 to 90 percent non-condensing. Power consumption is minimal at 0.50 W and the unit weighs approximately 35 g.
Connectivity is designed for integration into Bosch conferencing systems and supports connection of multiple panels in networked installations. Up to four flush identification panels can be connected to a compatible DCN control unit in dual use mode to cover larger tables or multiple entry points.
