The DCBLN12CCL is a USB Type-C to DisplayPort dual-head adapter cable designed to consolidate video, network and peripheral signals into a single host connection. It delivers DisplayPort video, USB 2.0 peripheral connectivity, 100MB network passthrough and Power Delivery compliant charging. The cable simplifies connections between USB-C computers and KVM or AV endpoints.
This adapter supports single-head 4K at 60Hz and dual-head 4K at 30Hz video modes, PD 2.0 power distribution up to 100W and USB 2.0 for keyboard, mouse and basic peripherals. It integrates a LAN interface for 100MB networking and provides multiple output cable runs to reach displays and devices. The integrated design reduces cable clutter and minimizes the number of host ports required.
Technically, the adapter implements DisplayPort output on two video leads and supports 4K resolutions with the appropriate host and display capabilities. Power Delivery follows PD 2.0 specification and can source or accept up to 100W depending on host negotiation. USB connectivity is limited to USB 2.0 speeds and the network port supports 100MB ethernet.
Connectivity includes a LAN + Type-C input interface, two DisplayPort video outputs, and two USB output leads for peripheral connections. Cable lengths provided include a 3ft USB-C lead plus 2x6ft video leads and 2x6ft USB leads to reach nearby devices and displays. The adapter is compatible with hosts that expose USB-C Alt Mode DisplayPort and PD 2.0 functions.
Common applications include integrating modern laptops into KVM systems, connecting USB-C workstations to dual displays in control rooms, and consolidating power and network into a single connection for streamlined deployment.
