The DC-3B is a desktop or wall-mounted chassis designed to accept one, two or three Decora-style devices. It provides a clean enclosure for remote controls and connector plates and organizes control hardware on a tabletop or vertical surface. The chassis is offered in color-matched finishes to complement Decora controls.
The chassis accepts Decora-style modules and secures them in a single slide-in assembly. It ships with a mounting plate that allows installation on a tabletop or on vertical surfaces such as cabinets or walls. The plate secures first, then the chassis slides into position and is locked with screws for a secure installation.
Construction uses welded steel for chassis rigidity and long-term durability. The surface finish is a high-quality powder coat that resists wear and provides a consistent appearance. Model suffixes indicate color options: W for white, B for black and G for gray to match stainless steel controls.
Connectivity is determined by the installed Decora devices so the chassis functions as a mounting and protective enclosure rather than an active electronic component. It accepts standard Decora-style controls and connector plates without modification. The internal layout supports one to three modules in Decora footprint positions.
Typical applications include broadcast control desks, equipment racks, meeting room furniture and custom AV cabinetry. The chassis helps present user controls in a finished, professional manner and protects installed modules from accidental disconnection. It is suitable for both tabletop placement and vertical mounting behind furniture panels or on walls.
Installation is straightforward: secure the included mounting plate, slide the chassis into the plate, then fasten with the supplied screws to lock the assembly. Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time.
