The DB-RT2 is a compact wall-mounted remote control selector designed to provide simple ON or OFF selection for audio and video sources. The unit features two momentary pushbuttons and adjacent LEDs that indicate the current state. Upon power-up the unit defaults to OFF and the LEDs clearly show the selected mode.
Key features include discrete single-button selection for ON and OFF, open-collector outputs for triggering external devices, and LED status indication for immediate visual confirmation. The outputs are capable of driving 25 mA maximum and support simple 3-wire or 4-wire remote wiring. The front panel provides a professional aesthetic suitable for installed AV environments.

The DB-RT2 interoperates with RDL ST-SSR1, ST-RX2, TX-MVX and other control devices that accept open-collector trigger signals. Mounting fits standard US electrical boxes and compatible RDL WB- or SMB-series boxes.
Typical applications include remote selection of audio sources, video source control, and simple on/off control of AV devices in installed systems. The selector is often mounted adjacent to RDL remote volume controls to provide discrete source enabling alongside level control.
