The DB-RCX1 is a Decora-style wall-mount room control that provides simple local control of source selection and volume. It is designed to interface with the RCX-5C room combiner system and other compatible audio controllers. The unit mounts in an RDL WB-1U wall box and offers a compact user interface for everyday use.
The control uses long-life pushbuttons for Up/Down volume adjustment and pushbutton selection between MUSIC and LOCAL sources. An LED readout provides clear level feedback to the user and confirms source selection. Multiple DB-RCX1 units may be connected within a single room to offer distributed control points.
Technically, the DB-RCX1 supports music and local microphone or line-level inputs via the host system and provides stepped level control through the host combiner. The pushbuttons are rated for extended operational life and the LED level indicator offers immediate visual confirmation of level changes. The front panel and rear enclosure are all-steel for durability and EMI stability.
Connectivity is handled through the host RCX system wiring; the DB-RCX1 is intended to work with RDL RCX controllers and mounts to a standard WB-1U wall box. The unit is compatible with combined source selection schemes and can coexist with multiple RCX-1 remotes on the same room bus. There are no direct audio connectors on the panel other than the control wiring to the host.
Typical applications include meeting rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and hospitality spaces where simple local source selection and volume control are required. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
