The CRV88-9-S-NC1 is a low-profile 8-lane PCIe 2.0 video I/O card designed to expand professional workstation capture and playback capabilities. It provides up to eight independent 3G-SDI channels that can be configured as inputs or outputs. The card supports a comprehensive range of 4K/2K/HD/SD formats for modern broadcast and post workflows.
Key features include eight 3G-SDI I/O ports, support for high frame rate 3G-SDI, and selectable 8/10-bit YCbCr or 12-bit RGB frame buffers. The CRV88-9-S-NC1 also exposes four independent mixer/keyer widgets and four 16-channel 48 kHz SDI embedded audio engines. These capabilities let you mix, key, and route multiple channels on a single card.
Performance covers a wide span of video formats from full 4K 4096x2160p to SD interlaced standards, including a variety of frame rates and A/B timing options. Video I/O uses SMPTE-compliant 3G/HD/SD-SDI BNC connections and supports 12-bit, 10-bit and 8-bit paths depending on application. Audio I/O is 16-channel 24-bit SDI embedded at 48 kHz synchronous.
Connectivity is handled via eight BNC 3G-SDI connectors that permit each port to be configured as either input or output. The card is a low-profile PCIe 2.0 x8 device that fits into compact workstations and servers. Power draw is modest, with typical consumption of 21W and a maximum of 23W.
