The CP-AOCH/PF-98 is a pure-fiber HDMI active optical cable engineered to deliver uncompressed high-resolution video over long distances. It supports 4K@60 4:4:4 video and is optimized for environments where EMI sensitivity and durability are critical. The cable provides consistent signal integrity across extended runs, minimizing signal loss and maintaining image fidelity.
Key features include full 18 Gbps bandwidth, EDID and HDCP support, deep color and x.v.Color compatibility, plus support for lossless multichannel audio formats. The cable uses 8xMM OM3 fiber in a 4.0mm plenum-rated jacket and includes heavy-duty armored protection and K-Lock connectors for secure retention. These features combine to ensure reliable AV transport in demanding installations.
Performance specifications include support for resolutions up to 4K@60 4:4:4, up to 18 Gbps data rate, and long-run operation up to 100 meters. Audio formats supported when audio is enabled include Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, DVD Audio and SA-CD. The cable draws power from the source and provides an external USB Type A input for displays that require auxiliary power.
Connectivity options include male HDMI Type A connectors on both ends with 24K gold plating and corrosion resistance. The display end includes a K-Lock connector with enhanced pull resistance and a USB pigtail for optional external power. The cable is plenum rated and constructed for low-smoke performance in air-handling spaces.
