The CAM-420-PTZ is a dual-lens 4K PTZ camera engineered to capture clear participant imagery and reliable room awareness. It combines a 3x optical zoom PTZ lens and a wide panoramic lens to provide both close-up detail and broad coverage. The camera is designed to improve meeting clarity and remote engagement through intelligent framing and tracking.
Key features include native 4K@30fps output, a dedicated panoramic detection lens, and onboard AI capabilities such as Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, Presenter Tracking, and Individuals Gallery. The PTZ mechanism supports smooth pan and tilt across wide angles while the AI functions maintain stable and natural subject framing. A built-in MEMS microphone array enables voice detection to support audio-based tracking.
Technically the device outputs video via USB-C, HDMI and NDI and supports MJPEG, H.265, H.264 and NV12 encoding. The primary sensor is an 8MP AI lens with 3x optical zoom and a DFOV of 110° while the secondary panoramic sensor is 2MP with a DFOV of 120°. The unit provides horizontal rotation of ±75° and vertical rotation of ±45° to cover medium and huddle rooms.
Connectivity options include USB 3.1 Gen over USB-C, USB 2.0 via a USB-A port, Ethernet for Web UI and API access, plus NDI for IP-based workflows.
