The Perpetual License for BRIDGE LIVE unlocks the optional JPEG 2000 codec to enable high-quality video compression for a single HD channel input/output on BRIDGE LIVE systems. This license extends the BRIDGE LIVE feature set and provides a perpetual activation for continuous use. It is intended for broadcast and live production environments that require visually lossless compression and reliable stream delivery.
The license includes support for the VSF TR 01 extension – aligning BRIDGE LIVE with an established industry standard for video over IP. JPEG 2000 provides reduced bandwidth usage while preserving image fidelity – enabling efficient distribution without visible artifacts. The unlock applies to a single HD channel I/O on the licensed appliance.
Technically, the license enables JPEG 2000 encoding and decoding on a BLVE-12G4-S01 platform and supports HD resolution workflows and scaling options. Up to four licenses can be purchased and combined to provide 4-Channel HD operation or a single UltraHD channel. The perpetual model means there are no recurring license renewals required for continued operation.
Connectivity and compatibility are driven by the host BRIDGE LIVE hardware – the license does not add physical ports but enables codec capabilities on existing inputs and outputs. The license is compatible with common broadcast transport and encapsulation schemes used by BRIDGE LIVE. Integrations with IP-based delivery systems are supported through the VSF TR 01 standard for streamlined interoperability.
Typical applications include live event encoding, contribution feeds, and studio-to-studio transport where JPEG 2000 compression quality is required. Production facilities can reduce bandwidth costs while maintaining broadcast-quality images for archiving or distribution. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.
Air Shipment
Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods. Up-to-date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. AVProSupply has the right to choose between Air shipments to meet or reduce delivery time. Most items ordered from AVProSupply will be shipped out from our California Warehouse. Will-Calls are only allowed with Appointment Only - Please call Customer Service to set one up between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST.
