The ALPR110T-HM is a ZeroU HDMI transmitter that provides remote KVM access to a host PC over a network. It enables secure, low-latency keyboard, video, mouse and audio extension for image critical environments. The unit supports BIOS-level control and operates out-of-band to separate remote users from the local network.
Key features include HDMI video at full HD 1920×1080 resolution at 60Hz, 4:4:4 chroma sampling and 8 bpc color depth. The transmitter streams 16-bit PCM stereo audio at 44.1 kHz and supports USB 2.0 HID emulation for keyboards and mice. Security is enforced with AES-256 encryption and RSA-2048 authentication to meet enterprise requirements.
Performance is tuned for low latency to provide precise remote control and smooth on-screen motion. The video pipeline supports dynamic frame-rate back-off when bandwidth is constrained to maintain responsiveness. On sufficiently provisioned networks, up to eight users can access a host concurrently without degrading the user experience.
Connectivity includes 1x HDMI video input, 1x USB 2.0 Type-A for HID emulation, 1x USB 2.0 Type-A for power and a single 8p8c RJ45 link port for 1GbE networks. The product is optimized for LAN deployment and can be used over WAN when routed through a firewall port or VPN. It is OS-agnostic because it connects at the KVM level rather than via host software.
Typical use cases include broadcast control rooms, secure operations centers, financial trading desks and industrial control where image fidelity and secure remote control are required. The ZeroU dongle form factor allows placement at the host without consuming rack space. USB bus power from the host PC eliminates the need for an external power adapter in many installations.
