The Solid Surface Mount Adapter is an in-wall flush adapter engineered to accept a Crestron HZ-FP-G4 faceplate and low voltage Horizon devices. It secures the faceplate and devices in solid board walls while maintaining a clean flush appearance. This product is intended for low voltage installations only and does not include the faceplate or devices.
The adapter provides firm mounting while allowing easy insertion and removal of the faceplate and devices. It features a depth calibration mechanism and a removable spacer to accommodate different board thicknesses. The design also enables convenient maintenance access without removing the entire assembly.
Constructed from moisture resistant MDF, the adapter measures 249.1mm x 152.8mm x 39.5mm and weighs 0.6Kg. The depth adjustment range covers 10mm to 24.5mm when the spacer is used and 21.5mm to 36mm without the spacer. The unit is a manual adapter and does not require a power supply.
Compatibility is focused on the Crestron HZ-FP-G4 faceplate used with low voltage Horizon devices. Installation can use the included spacer or the routing template as a spacer to achieve the required wall thickness fit. Faceplate and Horizon devices are not included and must be supplied separately.
Typical applications include professional AV installations in board walls, conference rooms, classrooms, and residential AV projects where a flush, serviceable low voltage faceplate is required. The adapter helps maintain a streamlined aesthetic while keeping devices accessible for maintenance. It is suitable for both retrofit and new-construction solid board wall installations.

Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
