The Wall-Smart new construction adapter provides a flush in-wall mounting solution designed to accept the Crestron HZ-FP-G4 faceplate and low-voltage Horizon devices. This adapter secures the faceplate and devices behind finished drywall while remaining paintable to match the surrounding wall finish. It is supplied unpainted to be finished as part of the wall surface.
Key features include a depth calibration mechanism, a flush profile, and paintable surfaces that accept any color or texture used on the wall. The adapter is designed for standard 1/2″ drywall and includes installation guidance consistent with drywall construction practices. For concrete or block walls, a compatible concrete box is available separately.
Technical specifications cover a compact footprint with dimensions of 200mm by 296mm by 44.0mm and a nominal weight of 0.65Kg (1.43lbs). The adapter is a manual device and does not include or require a power supply. It is intended to be used only with the specified Crestron HZ-FP-G4 faceplate and compatible low-voltage Horizon devices.
Connectivity is provided by the mounted faceplate and the low-voltage Horizon modules that install into the faceplate – the adapter itself provides the mounting cavity and depth adjustment only. Compatibility is limited to the Crestron HZ-FP-G4 faceplate form factor and associated Horizon low-voltage components. Faceplate modules and low-voltage components are not included with the adapter.
Typical use cases include new construction AV installations where a concealed, flush mount appearance is required. It is appropriate for conference rooms, residential AV installations, hotel rooms, and corporate AV closets where Crestron Horizon devices are specified. The adapter enables a finished look while maintaining service access through the removable faceplate.
Installation is straightforward for qualified installers and follows standard drywall framing and finishing workflows – the adapter includes a depth calibration mechanism to align the faceplate flush with the finished wall. For 5/8″ drywall use the 1/8″ shim pack P/N 10-01-067 sold separately. For concrete or block walls the WS Concrete Box 202×298 P/N 100-1-379 is specified and installation instruction references are provided.

Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.

Air shipments, Overnight, 2nd day and 3 day select methods offer guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select one of these methods.
