The WS NC FOR Control4 Contemporary Lighting 2Gang is a new construction in-wall adapter engineered to provide a flush, integrated mounting solution for Control4 Contemporary Lighting 2-gang devices. It secures the device while preserving easy insertion and removal for maintenance or upgrades. The adapter ships unpainted so it can be finished as part of the wall surface.
Key features include a flush mounting profile and a paintable finish that accepts any wall paint or texture. The unit includes a depth calibration mechanism to ensure correct device alignment relative to the finished wall. It is designed to retain the device firmly while allowing service access.
Technical attributes include a moisture-resistant MDF construction compliant with TSCA Title VI and dimensions of 198mm x 190mm x 44mm. The adapter weight is specified as 0.6Kg (1.32lbs) and no power supply is required because this is a passive mounting adapter. The design target is standard 1/2in drywall installations and an optional shim pack is available for other drywall thicknesses.
Compatibility is focused on Control4 Contemporary Lighting 2-gang devices and the adapter does not include the faceplate, device electronics, or back box. For concrete or brick installations a separate concrete adapter P/N 100-1-397 is specified and sold separately.
